Peter Bush
Chairman, Independent Non-Executive
Peter joined the board in August 2010 and assumed the role of Chairman at the end of June 2012. Peter had a long and successful career in fast moving consumer goods, holding senior roles with SC Johnson, Reckitt & Colman, Ampol/Caltex and Arnotts and was CEO of AGB McNair and Schwarzkopf. He then ran his own strategic consultancy business for six years with clients including Qantas, Telstra, George Patterson Bates, John Singleton Advertising and McDonald's Australia. In 2003 he became the CEO of McDonald's Australia. He left McDonald's in April 2010 as its divisional president for Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Peter is Chairman of Nine Entertainment Co. and a director of Insurance Australia Group Limited (since 2010).

Stephen Goddard
Director, Independent Non-Executive
Stephen joined the board of Pacific Brands in May 2013. Stephen has had more than 25 years of retail experience, including lengthy tenures with both Myer and David Jones with experience across a broad range of areas including finance, strategic planning, merchandise, stores, logistics, supply chain and property.He has overseen all aspects of premium branded multi-site retail operations and during his time at Coles Myer Ltd was the founding Managing Director of Officeworks. Stephen has had nearly 10 years of experience as a board member and Finance Director of David Jones where he held executive responsibility for strategic planning, accounting, tax, treasury, investor and media relations, as well as the General Counsel and Company Secretary functions.

James King

James was appointed to the Board of Pacific Brands Limited in September 2009. James has over 25 years experience in major multi-national corporations in Australia and internationally. He was previously with Foster's Group Limited as Managing Director Carlton & United Breweries and Managing Director Foster's Asia. Prior to joining Fosters, he spent six years in Hong Kong as President of Kraft Foods (Asia Pacific). He is currently a non-executive director of JB Hi-Fi Limited (since 2003), Navitas Ltd (since 2004) and Trust Company Ltd (since 2007). James is on the Council of Xavier College and is a past Chairman of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Victoria).

Nora Scheinkestel
Director, Independent Non-Executive
Nora joined the Board of Pacific Brands Limited in June 2009, having served as a non-executive Chairman and director of companies in a wide range of industry sectors and in the public, government and private spheres. Currently, Nora is a director of AMP Limited (since 2003), Orica Ltd (since 2006) and Telstra Corporation Limited (since 2010). Her prior directorships include Newcrest Mining Ltd, Mayne Group Ltd, Mayne Pharma Ltd, PaperlinX Ltd, North Ltd, MBF Health Fund, IOOF Funds Management and various Government Business Enterprises. Nora is an Associate Professor at the Melbourne Business School at Melbourne University and a member of the Australian Government Takeovers Panel. In 2003, she was awarded a centenary medal for services to Australian society in business leadership.

Arlene Tansey

Arlene was appointed to the Board of Pacific Brands Limited in March 2010, bringing over 25 years experience as a senior executive in business and the financial services industry. Arlene is a Director of Primary Health Care (since 2012), Adelaide Brighton Ltd (since 2011) and two subsidiaries of the ASX listed Lend Lease Group, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Limited and Lend Lease Funds Management Limited. She is also a member of the Serco Asia-Pacific Advisory Board.

John Pollaers

John joined Pacific Brands in September 2012 as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Prior to this John was Chief Executive Office of Foster's Group Limited, from May 2011, after joining the company as Managing Director of Carlton & United Breweries in 2010. Before joining Foster's John had a distinguished career in consumer products including senior roles at Diageo plc where he was President Asia Pacific and Managing Director, Australasia. He was a member of the Diageo Group Executive Committee. John is a director of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, chairing its Audit Committee.

David Bortolussi
Chief Financial and Operating Officer
David joined Pacific Brands in June 2009 in the role of Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Prior to his appointment, David spent five years at Foster's Group, most recently, as Chief Strategy Officer where his responsibilities included corporate strategy, business development, financial planning and analysis and operational performance improvement. David has a strong background in the financial sector, having held senior consulting roles with McKinsey & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
